Intersectionality
Refers to the idea that different forms of discrimination can cross each other, work together, or even pull in opposite directions. An example of crossing discrimination could be the experiences of a disabled woman. An intersectional approach also introduces the possibility of a person being part of the majority in one context and part of the minority in another.
