Racialization
When certain traits of a group is perceived as connected to origin, and therefor fixed. The term refers to presumed or actual traits being "race"-like, meaning as absolute as the race term of the past. A relevant example could be the perception that Norwegian Muslims, because they are Muslims, are unable to fully support democracy.
